IMO there is a big gap between common sense and piracy. There are alot of people out there (Amiga Inc fans) who would love nothing more to jump all over you for piracy, and look only strictly at the letter of the EULA. Given I have no idea what C=ommodore's Eula was, but I know how Amiga inc views the matter, even though AI is a tiger with no teeth.
