No and honestly the OpenPCI drivers will probably never come. However there may be some good news down the road for Prommy users.
Best sound card for you? Probably Delfina or Delfina Lite. Has Tocatta emulation for some specific apps that need it and hardware acceleration for MP3s, mpegs etc which is nice. Last time I used one the drivers had a annoying feature of a 'fake' crash requestor when using the DSP you had to just hide and live with, not sure if it's fixed or not yet.
