Parents like that should be shot. Unfortunately this sort of thing would be allowed in the US. Here's a couple I've heard over the years

Richard Head (What is short for Richard?)
Hairy Nuts (No joke)
George Foreman (Yes the boxer, what's the problem? He named all 7 of his sons "George Foreman")
Moon Unit Zappa & Dwezel Zappa (Frank Zappa's kids. Yeah right, he didn't do drugs..uh-huh)
 
For some reason I am hitting a mental block, but there are many I have heard over the years. People naming their kids after video games, major events (in late 1992/early 1993 Andrew was the most popular boys name in south FL after the hurricane), nonsensical strings of sylibals etc. If I think of some I'll post them;-)
Someone has to state the obvious and that someone is me!
