Sort of off topic, am I only one of few people who liked the Dawn of the Dead remake?


I liked the remake, but the original blows it away IMHO. It's barely a remake though, the plot is only very losely based on the original.

Actually neither of those 2 movies were the first. Return of the Living Dead in 1984 was the first to move away from the slow lumbering zombies.

Yes. As a matter of fact it opened in a handful of theatres a week ago, and apparently it did so well it opened in alot more theatres yesterday. I havn't seen it yet, but it is getting great reviews from both critics and the general public. I'll probably go see it this week.
