Mass marketted SDRAMS topped at 133MHz.. all faster bus speeds are DDR or other technologies. (check fact's man!)
And these high end 512Meg DDR400 memories are cheaper than those old Registered 133Mhz SDRams used on current systems.. So it's not only great step forward, it's also considerable cost saving.
