You can order one from Vesalia. Viper 1260 with 64mb RAM is about 240eur. The CPU is clocked to 56mhz. It's not as high quality as the Blizzard but comes with two year warranty. Also, I haven't had any problems with it.

IIRC the MMU and the FPU stop functioning when going over 66MHz..
