but i seem to be missing a certain file which is AddXAMem. I can't see it any where, if someone could help i will be very grateful 
AddXAMem is only a tooltype using setxa, adding memory. But under 3.1+ you don't need to use addxamem, because it's added at startup anyway (autoconfig).
You might wanna try setxa to increase the speed of ram with RAMSPEED (at your own risk ofcourse).
