I think you've bought the 1GB integral cf disk too, right ? Plz swap it for a sandisk ultra 2 and your problems *should* be over.

Well my only problem left is how to transfer adf's file from pc til the CF card? it show on my card on my computer, but not on my amiga. I can install files from amiga to the cf card and see it on my pc? I have tried to search the net for any guides. But i can't find anything simuler to my problem. anyone know how to do it?

You need to format your cf card in fat32 format. Fat16 *should* also work, but fat32 is better. On the amiga side you'll need the latest version of fat95. Get it from aminet: http://aminet.net/disk/misc/fat95.lha
