What's actually the fault with it?
I have managed to repair a few A4000 motherboards - even one with the notorious "ECS only" fault. You could always take it to a user group meeting here in Melbourne and I could give it a quick inspection. There's a meeting this coming Thursday evening and another one this coming Sunday afternoon.
