A friend of mine made a demo star scroller optimized for 68010. It has a "loop mode", from Wikipedia.

``Additionally, the 68010 had a "loop mode", which could be considered a tiny and special-case instruction cache, which accelerates loops that consist of only 2 instructions.''

It could be that I am one of a handful of people who has ever seen that.
He had this annoying habit of writing really cool little things, but never releasing them, because it wasn't a full demo or game or anything.

Incredibly talented guy, I wonder what became of him...
