I don't have CS accellerator but I do have a WarpEngine
040 @40mhz. Before that I had a C=3640 card.
What I did to help the cooling on my A3000d is add a CPU
fan. I bent a small 'L' bracket that allowed the fan to drop
through the big hole behind the floppy drives and direct
the flow of air across the accellerator. I did this for
the A3640 card and never had a heat problem and when I
upgraded to the WarpEngine I left the fan in.
I've use this machine with the accellerators thru 2 hot
summers with NO heat problems.
No hacking the case and it works great.
