Another Question about 'OS 3.9'

I just installed OS 3.9.....

During the install,  it asked ' Install CD Rom' ??
I answered Yes....
But does it really install them, or do I use 'CDX'
to install them ??
It doesn't look like they were installed.

OK..... so you are saying I should use
CDX to install the drives??
