As far as the floppy is concerned .. I can't help.
But for the kickstart, I had a DKB rom switcher in
my A1k with 1.3 and 3.1 roms. It solved the problem
of needing a kickstart disk. Oh .. also used an A500
RocTec harddrive on the A1k. Booted straight from
the HD.
