You will get the 8000 000B if a program uses FPU machine instructions and you have neither FPU nor software emulation for it installed. For an otherwise illegal or unsupported instruction you'll usually get 8000 0004, sometimes 8000 000A.

If you're sure none of your programs require an FPU, and that the files are not broken, then I have no idea why you get these errors.
