I think you'll find that 120 of those 128M of RAM will never be used. A simple 8M expansion would be more than enough for WHDLoad, but of course you can't charge as much for that as a 128M expansion, that's why there won't be any of those.
There are smaller RAM expansions for fairer prices on e-bay and Amibay occasionally.
