I don't know anything about this, but...

From Big Book of Amiga Hardware (Danish Mirror):

CDTV Accelerators

Many of the A500 accelerators which use the 68000 socket, may be compatible with the CDTV providing they physically fit.

There is only one CDTV accelerator listed however.
