Amiga Inc now own Amiga, although the owner of the trademark name has been idle since January 3rd this year and could be about to change hands completely.
OS4 is still on the way - they're on tour with it now (or will be very soon). After that it'll be progressing towards a PDA (AmigaAnywhere?) mergence with the Amiga computer platform.
I'm probably wrong with some of that, but someone else here will be able to answer better.
