I saw that anti-theft one on a prog here a few weeks back.  There was another thing about an anti-mugging jacket that gave out electric shocks too.

Actually...

A good few years ago now me and Sioux were on the bus home from the city center when the bus' horn just started constantly for no reason.  The driver was banging on the wheel to try and nudge something so it would stop.

5 mins later it was still going, although it was a bit intermittent.  This old dear (must've been at least mid 60s) walked up to the driver and handed him a pocket knife.  He cut the wires and the horn stopped.

Possibly the only time ever that a woman has had something handy in her bag.  Must've been buried under the kitchen sink - it took her 5 mins to look for it!
