The problem with that is that an adf is usually 880kb and pc floppies can only do 720kb.
I know you could use lha to reduce it then put it onto a pc floppy, but getting lha, the required libs and whatever else is needed would be a bit of a task in itself.
But if that is the route that's taken you'll find good adf to disk progs
right here (aminet) and a pc archiver that handles lha (.lzh on pc)
right here(ultimatezip - shareware).
I couldn't find the full lha prog on aminet, probably because I'm knackered :-)
