Eyetech updates AmigaOne prices

Just saw the updates at Eyetechs' AmigaOne-pricing list, and yes, the A1G3XE has got a speed-increase to 800Mhz!!! Pretty stuffs! If i am right, then we're talking about a 200Mhz speed gap between all the three models...! So the spesifications should be:

AmigaOne G3-SE: 600Mhz (soldered)
AmigaOne G3-XE: 800Mhz (upgradable)
AmigaOne G4-XE: 1.2Ghz!!! (upgradable)

I think these will be the spesifications of the models being updated, and being part of the delay :-)

I have ordered the top-of-the-line-system! I have been waiting for this revenge over the Amiga-hatred PC-fanaticans...Now it's time to kick some butts!!!

Troels_E asked about the speed difference to the 800Mhz A1G3XE and the 800Mhz A1G4XE. Very interestint question...

Because the A1G3XE has a 512KB L2-cache as opposed to the G4s' 256KB cache, i believe the A1G3XE may be faster than the A1G4XE at the same speed...Very surprising stuffs..!

Well, there is actually no 1.2Ghz G4-information yet at Eyetech. That was just something i believed could happen, when the A1G3XE now has been updated to 800Mhz from the previous 700Mhz...

This may cause confusions to what version of the XE to choose from...If the A1G4XE will be delivered at 1.2Ghz speed, then my choice is clear for this one, but if the speed will still be 800Mhz, then i will go for the 800Mhz A1G3XE-model. It remain to be seen, but i actually paid for the top-of-the-line model, so i have the advance of making the best choice of the XE, whatever it turns out to be at the end...

I already made this clear. Just a thought of the G4, but the A1G3XE is clear...I repeat: READ BETWEEN THE LINES, then you will finally understand...
