do you have a support ticket assigned for your re-capping? if not, open one, and pester them for an update. sometimes they get flooded with repair business, so things queue up a little. i'm sure they haven't forgotten you.

the other option -- since you're in the UK -- is just to ring them and ask. dave or chris should be able to let you know the status of the job.
