I find it puzzling though, that Hollywood is obviously still being developed in various ways, yet withdrawn from the market.
Has any reason or explanation ever been given for this?

you're not the only one. it seems rather bizarre. i'm sure there is a good reason, but, oh well; i assume andreas will share the rationale with his customers at some point. this is a great enhancement, though!
