Not sure if anyone remembers me on here? my Amiga has sat collecting dust the past few year and well i was wondering if OS4.1 is any good for classics?
What are the benefits? just hoping someone could give me the run down?
i had the opportunity to use OS4.1 on an amiga 4000 at amiwest this past october, and i was very surprised at how useful it was. you have access to OS4 software and all the benefits that OS4 brings to the table. but if your amiga 1200 has been 'collecting dust,' well, i don't know then. i certainly would, but then again, i use my SAM daily.
at over $120USD, it's not cheap. i'd suggest looking at @HammerD's
blog for more information as well as links to youtube clips. you might also want to ask the question over at
AWN or
amigans.net as well for more views. you won't find many OS4 users left around here.
