He says it goes in the trapdoor slot....
I see no bus connector on the A1200 NG motherboard. Nor any mention of this kind of future expansion capability on any of the marketing materials. Is this a slip-up ? Or does he mean it fits the trapdoor slot of a regular A1200 to give it these "NG" capabilities?

That answer doesnt make sense logically or semantically.

Logically
If it were true then you could just get a faster Orange PI since the headers would be compatible, it wouldnt need a new accellerator card to be designed. There is a range of Orange PI's with 26 pin headers and another with 40 pin - i dont know which the NG uses at the moment, worst case scenario you'd need a ribbon cable  - if there was a size/shape constraint for example.

Semantically
A new Orange Pi is a New single board computer not an accelerator.
