 Strange when I had my my MKIII with scsi in
my 3000, it saw both scsi chains. Wish I could
help you out with the MKII. What wd scsi chip
rev do you have?
  Did you have to modify the drive tray? I cut
mine to allow a fan for the 060.

  That may be it as I had not upgraded the chips (buster dmac and ramsey) yet when the MKIII was in there. I did have the wd-08 chip.
