For GVP owners, there is no practical difference between v6.14 and v6.16. However, for A2091/A590 owners there is a very important difference - support for the 14MHz SCSI hacks.
The driver needs to use the proper SCSI timing since this timing does change with clock speed. The A2091 has a jumper and the A590 has a DIP switch to select 7/14 MHz mode.
