This Amibay bashing is getting old. It's been said before Amibay is not for everyone. It's an ebay alternative site established with the goal of trying to keep prices more reasonable. The rules may seem like a nuisance at times but they do have a purpose.
The site has a warning about Paypal in Gift payments if you take the time to read it. If you don't want the risk then just offer to pay the Paypal fees or ignore Paypal in Gift ONLY offers.
Btw, the Amibay staff did not have to read magnetic's PM's to trace the resold item to ebay. The ebay sale was directly linked to original Amibay thread! ...and he really set himself up for a scalping ban with the hard to believe story about flipping the item to a friend who than flipped it for a quick $30 profit on ebay. He could have resold it on Amibay for his purchase cost and avoided the ban. :crazy:
