More memory and some screenmodes not available with Voodoo3. Nothing major though.
(Last year I was wondering about this same issue. Since Voodoo3 can show accelerated graphics only in <=16bit I thought I could get around this by using Voodoo4/5. I felt that major limitation was that I couldn't run Warp3D-demos/games in window in 32bit screen/workbench. However, as it turned out Warp3D for classics also have same limitations, so switching to Voodoo4/5 wouldn't release me from these limitations)
