To keep the language at a proper level, remember:
* Never use a preposition to end a sentence with
* Don't use no double negatives
* Its important to use apostrophe's correctly
* Always re-read your writing to make sure you haven't missed any out
* Give slang the elbow
* The passive voice should never be used
* No sentence fragments
* Don't overuse exclamation marks!!!
* Have you used question marks when necessary
* Last but not least, avoid clichés like the plague
