The rest of the CD appears to be pretty much Amiga-standard file structure, with assorted files in C, Devs, Utilities, Tools, L, Libs, Locale, S, Docs, etc., even a WBStartup directory
Of which the latter is almost empty in case of a clean install. To make MorphOS easily upgradeable the MorphOS dir mentioned above contains the exact same structure, so you can easily change MorphOS back and forth, without affecting the already installed extra stuff you have. (well, most of the cases)
