At our User group meeting (Amicue) the other night one of our memberssaid that Amiga won the case that Thendic brought against it.
The same happened here (with the "Thendic-Amiga Lawsuit Judge DENIES Sanctions Against Amiga" news item).
It really shows how people are not following the events and have absolutely no clue of the situation.
That it is a good or bad thing, is not for me to decide.
