HDworks now but now the Keyboard don't bat channel

Thanks to the legend that is gertsy :afro: I now have a HD for my a2000 it stars up and the HD starts as well with the light blinking and I can here it spinning the picture is good on an old 1084s monitor and this is as far as it goes.... I know a 500 noob on 2000

I only have 500 software like workbench 1.3.2 rev. 34.28.

Anyone else have a clue what to do next or what I need other than a K board as I,m keen to see what it is like and would also like to know what I need to use the files I have as adf with it thanks.

Thanks Cammy .. I have a few old cables and PC's with SIO ports and I like the Regular Classic WB that much help would be great :afro:

I have my A2000 equipped with KS3.1 running OS3.9 (for which you need a 68020 or greater) and then run my games from WHDLoad.

I'm guessing that as he has a hard drive then he might have a SCSI controller with extra RAM... or he might want to add this beauty:

I guess but I don't have an abundance of $ and really don't like the biding experience ... seen way to much stuff go through the roof! I'm prepared to pay what people wont for there stuff though with biding or auctions :hammer: .... nah  sory to sound crap about it.

So Lunithy, let us know, did Cammy get your 2000 back up and running with a new OS?  Hopefully you've got a copy of Workbench now to match your Rom ?

Not yet a disc had error's but got the ROM switch workin OK thanks to Rebel-CD32 then couldn't work out how to get the A2091 to see both the HD and Rebel's flash drive on the day but worked that out when Cammy pointed out the JUN jumper settings, and the Key board did not want to work :lol: but that should get sorted out

Hey Cammy no need to feel sory about that Key board as it appears to work fine until you bump the cable or reset from the key board:furious: but I have to hold the plug in the socket for it to work and after removing the M board I can see the little plates inside the port are spread to far apart and pushed back at uneven depths so looks to me like the your 2000 Key board is fine and I'll just have to fix the port
