I ordered the Premium edition Sept 9 2006, shortly before your order. I don't recall getting a shipment notice, but I was also confused at the time and thought I'd be getting a download for more than the "plus" installer. I've since received the physical packaging, and I live in USA. It took a few weeks to get here, as one would expect from Europe, but it did get here.
