@Odin:

Rest assured, you're not the only one who found out too late :(. Quite frankly, I had expected some of the English geeks on A.org warning us in advance, but hoooono :-P.
Some people say that cats are sneaky, evil and cruel. True, and they have many other fine qualities as well.

I just watched the second episode, and I was a bit disappointed, really. The special effects are good, and the good Doctor retains that aloofness of a Time Lord, but I found the story... how to put this... naive and rather silly. (Come on---a flat humanoid pancake holding a space station watching the death of Earth for ransom?? I liked the little jokes, though: a jukebox called an iPod, using a mobile phone to call 5 billion years into the past.) I was expecting a number of episodes around one scary-ish tale, not the be-over-and-done-with-it-in-an-hour stuff. The preview for episode 3 was quite good, however. I'm hoping that episode is more exciting.
