Two years back I got a slightly yellowed A4000/030, with Cyberstorm 040 with 128MB RAM, Indivision AGA MK2, A4000 keyboard, no mouse, no original box, no manuals, no original disks, battery removed, very slight battery damage, everything works, for a little under AUD $500. Not the going price for this kind of unit, but the seller was unwilling to ship and offered Local Pickup Only. Luckily, I was a local.

I have a feeling the original box, no yellowing, manuals and disks would have added another $500. And if it were open to non-local buyers then I'd be competing with people prepared to spend double.

I know a lot of people praise the A3000 for its built in SCSI and Scan-doubler. But in my view, the A4000 is the second finest computer Commodore had ever produced and sold. The A1200 being the finest.
