I´ve tried GoldED, but I dislike the insertion of spaces instead of tabs.
GoldED has had regular TABs for many years. You've either unearthed a version form the stone ages (like GoldED 4, late 20th century) or not found your way to the TAB configuration dialog to reconfigure tabs from the default setting, which is inserting spaces, to inserting tabs.
