If AOS5 isn't going to be based at all on AOS4 (and assuming it is actually not AA2 even though McEwen did actually say it was) then maybe AI is going to ignore the whole AOS4 situation and release a (non AA2) AOS5 and aren't going to concern themselves anymore with what Hyperion is doing.
Unless you know of current mediation status, I'd say with the long court battle, your wrong on AI's "intent" :-D
