Bankroling, ie funding of this adventure.  Becoming a print magazine takes a bit of up front capital. I'm wondering who is coughing up the money to do it.

Why wouldn't he be a private citizen reguardless of his standings with a private company?  What does a company have to do with one's citizenship?
