Umm.. Supposedly this contract was not sold from AI(W) to Itec, right? Did McBill just shoot himself in the foot and open himself up to new litigation?
It reaffirms what I orginally said about AI vs Hyperion, AI wants all the logo and trademarks back home. Hopefully Wayne won't get such a letter cancelling AO's license. Maybe AI will be nice to Wayne and just buy the site from him.
