Odd issues with 1080 monitor
« on: April 15, 2011, 04:27:37 AM »
When I got my PAL A1200, I picked up a used 1080 monitor from a friend to use with it. It's NTSC, but I was able to use the V. Hold and V. Size controls to make it display PAL images just fine.

However, I have had a small, rather annoying issue with it.

Occasionally, the screen will take on a strong yellow tint. Pushing in on the back RCA jacks or Analog/Digital/TV switch will make it go back to normal, at least for a while (anywhere from 30 seconds to a week). It's rather annoying, and I'm wondering what the problem could be. Does anybody have any idea?

Messing with the video cable or plug doesn't actually do anything, it seems. It normally fixes itself when I push in on the switch that switches between Analog/Digital.
