Well, it is, but Constitutionally speaking, it's an independent state that voluntarily participates in the union. Really, though, I just wanted to jump on the bandwagon and declare our land as uniquely unafiliated with its land mass. It seemed like the popular thing to do in this poll.:roflmao:
