Honestly it would be image/video files from Amiga to Mac and visa versa..
I don't own a windows machine.

I have an Imac and an A1200, tbh I do most of my transferring from a bootcamp partition and winuae.
What setup do you have on both sides (amiga/mac) I can maybe give some pointers
