Perhaps its a cunning bit of psychological manipulation.

1) Announce "fantastic" features

2) Take ages over ir

3) Reccommend a ludicrously high spec that's really way beyond what's needed

4) Release it

When all the 2GHz single CPU people find it runs fine they'll all go round saying how brilliant it is because it runs so well on their poor spec :lol:
