What's your favourite application under AmigaOS?
« on: April 12, 2004, 09:28:19 PM »
Hi,

I have seen so many "fave game" theads in my time here, but oddly I cant recall a single thread for favourite applications.

So, lets have 'em :-)

My favourite applications are

OctaMED Soundstudio
Photogenics
ShapeShifter (was invaluable at one point)
GoldEd Studio/gcc
StormC4
VBCC

Hey, on the subject of "Say", are there any replacements that use more formants and stuff? MacOS 7.5.3 had this speech tool that was really cool (I messed with it under shape shifter), it basically vocoded a sample or something to create lots of speech variations.

Given that it ran fine under mac emulation, I expect a native equivalent is possible :-)

That would be a cool musical toy :-D
