First of all, you'll need the cnet.device driver: http://aminet.net/package/driver/net/cnetdevice

Next you'll need a TCP/IP stack. If you have OS3.5 or better, there's one included (I think it's a demo version in 3.5 if memory serves). There's also AmiTCP and I think Roadshow 68K is finally out these days. Hopefully someone can confirm that.

Transferring files from the PC over a network is a job for smbfs. Your Windows installation is old enough that the latest changes to samba won't be a problem, but how you physically connect might be. I don't trust all this wireless USB dongle stuff. Real men use cat 5 cable and a router... ;)
