Think about it, if he wanted to, he could hire a lawyer and sue Amiga Org. He would win in a court of law because none of you have actual evidence that proves that he ripped anyone off. Hearsay or gossip will not hold up in court.
No he couldn't, since responsibility for the opinions expressed belong to those that express them, not the site owners and everybody agrees to that when registering. Nice try, though.

As much as we're all indebted to Wayne, there's not much he can do. He doesn't run the site any more. However, if memory serves, he did permanently ban DoomMaster in the first place, so you are rather barking up the wrong tree there.
