I have a 2.0GB swap partition. I can see it in media toolbox but I've no idea if it is actually working. I guess I need to shove a big file in RAM:, that ought to answer the question
One thing worth checking is whether or not the swap partition has the right layout. In media toolbox, check that it has 4KB blocksize, has the SWAP filesystem and has the device name SWAP.
That said, mine checks out but I still can't tell if it is enabled or not.
