Well, as far as I know you can manage it using FAT32 formatted partitions - there is a compatible filesystem on aminet (fat95.lha, I think).

As for NTFS formatted partitons, no idea :-)

Using the above fat95 filesystem (or whatever it's called), I've had no problems reading FAT formatted floppies and FAT32 hard drives under amigaOS, long filenames are also supported.
