Ok, this was first posted rather a long time ago, and in those years many people have come and gone. All without saying "Hi this is (insert handle here) from Amiga dot org saying hello world" into a microphone and emailing it to voices.a.org(at)gmail(dot)com.

I've just sent mine in.  I hope the .wav file gets converted ok.  It doesn't have to be MP3 does it?  If so I have to download the Lame encoder.

mp3 is preferred but it can be encoded if necessary. Submission isn't entirely automated ;)

-edit-

It's up :)

Love the concept of the Voices site.

All credit to Adz, it was his idea, I just rolled with it :)

Anyone else think that Karlos sounds like Ringo Starr? lol

"Thomas pulled into the yaaarrrrd...."

You're not the first person to say so. I really don't get it either, as Ringo Starr was from Liverpool and I'm from Teesside :)

I'm not entirely convinced that bloodline isn't just whabang pinching his nose slightly :)

But seriously, everybody sounds fine, IMO. Although for some reason, ferix / cecilia II don't play properly in my browser plugin (both work fine as mp3 files normally)...

Let alone grouping Franko in with the English... ;-)

Aye, I dare say he'd take exception to that. As would most just south of the border too

How do you pacify a bunch of enraged Northerners? Has to be something to do with free bitter at least ;)
