The rest of that paragraph is a blur. Just this section has enough double meaning to keep me rolling on the floor for days

Well, you can hardly expect Dirty Harry to hold up a mouldy toothpick and say 'Go ahead, make my day.'
Dirty Harry is not complete without the meanest hardware, everybody knows that.

Sure, but technically the hardware displayed so far have been *drills* not *screwdrivers* ;-)

Of course, you can fit screwdriver heads to them but that isn't the point. Powered tools are to DIrtY Harry what a submachine gun would be to Harry Calahan.

Did you see Calahan with an automatic weapon? Did you? Well, did you, punk?

Of course not. DIrtY Harry has no need for such contrivences, either :-P

Wow, not even Jeremy Beadle's hands are that mismatched in size!
